Si Nueva York tiene el Central Park, Madrid el Retiro y Londres el Hyde Park, Avil\u00e9s tiene el Ferrera. Este pulm\u00f3n verde<\/strong> cuenta con 5 entradas y una extensi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 80.000 metros cuadrados, el m\u00e1s grande de Asturias y uno de los m\u00e1s visitados. Un lugar que tienes que ver en Avil\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Desde el siglo XV, la propiedad perteneci\u00f3 al marquesado de Ferrera, pero fue en el siglo XVII, con la construcci\u00f3n del palacio, cuando arreglaron todo el recinto para convertirlo en unos jardines de estilo ingl\u00e9s<\/strong> que sirviese como lugar de recreo para la familia. Tambi\u00e9n cuenta con un jard\u00edn de estilo franc\u00e9s<\/strong> con varias fuentes en la zona m\u00e1s cercana al palacete, dise\u00f1ado y planificado por la marquesa de entonces. Fue durante la transici\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola cuando el ayuntamiento de la ciudad adquiri\u00f3 la totalidad del parque por 91 millones de pesetas, exceptuando el jard\u00edn de estilo franc\u00e9s, el cual se vendi\u00f3 y anexion\u00f3 al resto de la propiedad en el 1998.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row content_placement=\u00bbtop\u00bb][vc_column offset=\u00bbvc_col-md-6″]\t\t

Todo el parque est\u00e1 dotado de mobiliario de descanso y parques infantiles. Es un lugar perfecto para practicar deporte, ir a jugar con los amigos o simplemente dar un paseo. Tambi\u00e9n se ofrece al visitante la posibilidad de escuchar algunos domingos conciertos en el quiosco musical que hay dentro del parque, adem\u00e1s en ciertas ocasiones hay diversas exposiciones de arte en todo el per\u00edmetro de la propiedad.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
